Been crafty in the kitchen the past few days. It's been incredibly frustrating because 1. I don't have any cupboards or kitchen counters to work on, 2. My oven does not have temperatures on it and 3. I don't have scales just those measuring cup thingys.

Whats good is this nifty little site for food conversions I found a few years back while living in London. So, I've been making, soft cookies, choc chip muffins, puff pastry cheesy thingys and brownies! Chewy gooey in the middle scrumptious brownies.

I wont even show you how the 1st lot came out lol. The 1st 2 batches of cookies and muffins wet so fast ( I had a house full of kiddy visitors when they came out the oven) I didn't get a chance to take a pic! Ill take a pic of the cookies when they cool down and come off the rack but here is what I made earlier (and managed to take a pic of)
